As of 5/9/2017 the Burn Ban has been lifted

Street Sweeping will begin in the Twp on Monday, May 22nd

The public is asked to sweep sidewalks into the street, but do not make piles. Cooperation of residents in not parking in locations when streets are to be swept is essential and appreciated. Residents will be responsible for cleaning their own spots if vehicles are not moved.  Please be advised that these dates are based on equipment availability and weather permitting.

The schedule is as follows from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM:

There will be no parking allowed on Main Street on Monday, May 22nd and Tuesday May 23rd.

Monday, May22nd the odd side of Vine, Cedar, Hemlock, Green, Kalmia, Main, Birch and Forest

Tuesday, May 23rd the even side of Vine, Cedar, Hemlock, Green, Kalmia, Main, Birch and Forest

Wednesday, May 24th the odd side of Fern, Ridge, Washington, Adams, Park, Juniper, Carbon and Luzerne

Friday, May 26th all of Upper Lehigh

Tuesday, May 30th all of Highland

We would like to remind everyone that it is important to move all vehicles on your scheduled day, so proper street sweeping can be done. Once your street is swept the township will be unable to return to your street for additional sweeping.
